 If HP characters had ljs 

 

I have found this wonderful game at emerald's lj (Russian) and decided to translate 10 ideas/characters into English. The rules are simple – everybody can add his/her ideas in the comments, both about the already mentioned characters and the new ones. (There people wrote 2 different, yet suitable and funny descriptions of Lucius Malfoy's journal, f.e.)

I decided to add something from myself too – which icon would the characters use? Enjoy.

 

 Harry Potter. Writes a lot about sport. From time to time remembers there is an exam tomorrow, but comments on the last match until midnight anyway. Next morning posts a picture “2 again” by Reshetnikov [it's under the cut]. Occasionally dedicates 2-3 entries to the fate of the world. During exam time becomes very nervous, easily rises to V’s provocations and has furious altercations with him. About love writes under lock, for a very small group of friends.

 Snape. Writes about professional activity. Fascinatingly, with sarcastic remarks about colleagues, but unclear to nonexpert. Under lock leaves messages for Dumbledore and Voldemort, is very afraid to confuse what he writes for whom. Wanders over LJs and makes waspish comments, after which the users, who got them, devote additional 3 posts to their indifference to Snape and shampoo ads. Especially likes visiting Potter.

 Hagrid. Speaks a queer language (говорить своеобразным языком). Discourses upon the cross-breeding of rare animals, their raising and right feeding. Puts photographs of his pets with copyright of Colin Creevey. Is in the list of Harry’s, Hermione’s and Ron’s friends. Doesn’t post friends only entries, since doesn’t know how. A post about the hippogriff Buckbeak with the words “How you him, ah” was stormy discussed by Hagrid’s friends and squealed about by Draco. The Abuse Team headed by Lucius immediately deleted the entry. The hippogriff’s journal was not found.

“2 again” by Reshetnikov

 

 

  Voldemort. Has 1000 friends, a moderator of the community “DEs”. Previously wrote under the nickname Tom Riddle, but was handled by the Abuse Prevention Team. Horribly curses illegal immigrants and corrupt liberals, particularly Dumbledore and Harry Potter. Annually visits Potter’s journal and writes there something insulting, after which they create flaming on 5 pages. Promises to show everybody Kuzka’s mother, where lobsters hibernate and other sights. Writes much under the lock.

 

 Dumbledore. Has 1000 friends, a moderator of the communities “Hogwarts” and “The Order of the Phoenix”. Tells stories from life, which has been remarkably adventurous, sometimes talks about moral questions, everything with good language & with humor. Now and then talks politics, but mainly uses hints. At times promises to tell a joke, but forgets. Writes much under the lock. The journal has been recently deleted, but numerous admirers until this day leave sometimes heartrending posts: “Dumbledore! Come back!”

 Molly Weasley. A member of 10 communities concerning cooking, raising children and housekeeping. Is of high account there. In her own lj writes mainly about her husband getting a salary raise and her youngest son getting an O [Outstanding]. Leaves locked postings: "My husband is an idiot and children follow in his footsteps. Heaven, give me patience!" Sometimes shows photographs of her handiwork. Impossible to view without tears.

 Community "DEs". Locked. Created by Voldemort for discussing plans of conquering the world. Meanwhile is used for gossiping about the community "The Order of the Phoenix". Occasionally Snape, who is a member of both communities, copies some post from "The Order of the Phoenix" and displays it. This leads up to a lovely and utterly unprintable discussion of 5 pages. Afterwards Bella comments that Snape has definitely edited something out and added something from himself, since she will always recognize his style. Snape succinctly notes that Bella – alternatively gifted. An additional 7-paged discussion follows on the topic "Political Correctness - the root of all evil".

 Community "The Order of the Phoenix". Locked. Created by Dumbledore for gossip about the community "DEs". Obscenities and discrimination on grounds of nationality are forbidden. Occasionally Snape, who is a member of both communities, copies some post from "DEs" and displays it. This leads up to a lovely discussion of 5 pages, which participants try hardest to remain civil. Afterwards Potter comments that Snape has definitely edited something out and added something from himself, since he's a rascal, on the whole. Long, full of suggestions silence ensues.

 

 Ginny. Lj's layout is in pink hearts. In addition, in every post hearts appear near the name of Harry Potter, to whom all entries are dedicated. The description of dates is very detailed, punctuated by exclamations. [восклицательный знак, грам., редк. Междометие (ох и т.д.) [ Is a champion at the number of friends, mainly girls, since each of them waits for a story of the first sexual experience of The-Boy-Who-Lived.
For a while visited and commented the lj of certain Tom Riddle, which resulted in breaking into the database "The Chamber of Secrets" through mutual effort and letting loose a dangerous virus. Later she was proving to the Abuse Team that she didn't remember anything, though.

 

 Luna. Incessantly plays with the design. Writes only about her understandable to nobody interests, which are shared by 3 people in the whole world, but in other journals speaks out with rare sensibility and on the matter in hand.

Hermione -
