A wonderful meme from Russian lj. You get 3 situations and have to give 3 answers to each, as an optimist, a pessimist and a realist. La_cruz [lj in Russian] asked me the following:

Optimist: Great lesson for the kids. One should try to understand one's opponents and see their good sides too. All evil in the world starts with stopping to see other people as people.

Pessimist: And this was allowed to be published? That's what excessive tolerance leads to. In the past HP, the atheist & practitioner of black magic, "only" led children away from God, giving to extra dim-witted ideas to jump from roofs and drink poisons. Nowadays we're directly told that breaking the sixth commandment ["Thou Shalt Not Kill"] is a matter of no importance.

Realist: She probably got so sick of fans' questions that decided to tell complete nonsense until they leave her alone. Once that DD is gay, once that Bella is a white hat. I hope she, at least, enjoys it.

Optimist: Hooray! Viva world peace and peoples' friendship! We won't fear acts of terrorism and will become rich due to cutting defense spending. At last, after 60 years, nobody will doubt we're the land of milk and honey.

Pessimist: No doubt they did it with pre-1967 limits and as an Arab-Jewish (the second in small letters) country. Why have we agreed to THAT? Better quickly apply for green card before the blue stripes on the Israeli flag become green.

Realist: Intriguing with what we paid for it, in which quantities and what the independent terroristic organization Al-Qaeda thinks about the matter. May be they'll throw some bombs to redress the situation?
